Rob Bruggeman

Chief Executive Officer and Director of Outcrop Silver & Gold Corporation. Has served as a Director of AbraSilver Resource Corp. since 2018 and was its Chairman until September 2025, during which time that company advanced its flagship Diablillos asset in Argentina into one of the leading primary silver development projects globally. Brings over 15 years of experience in the mining sector, where he has worked with numerous junior resource companies in both executive and advisory capacities, with a focus on corporate development, capital markets and strategic planning. Prior to his involvement in the mining industry he spent a decade in equities research and trading in Toronto, holding the role of Vice President, Trading Strategy & Research at TD Securities from 2005 to 2010. Holds a Bachelor of Engineering & Management from McMaster University and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.
