A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal the underlying research identifies — whether a major already holds a JV, earn-in, or 5–19.9% strategic stake — isn't tracked yet and is absent from this score.

Two independent specialist investors dominate the register. Eric Sprott increased his position to over 20% after putting C$5M into the October 2025 financing, and Jupiter Asset Management came in as a cornerstone investor with C$15M for 9.25%. That C$23M raise was oversubscribed and was followed by a graduation from the TSX Venture Exchange to the TSX in November 2025. Nothing corroborates it beyond the fund register: no producer or strategic corporate holds shares, and reported institutional ownership is only 10.2%.

Technical Report Takeaways

Santa Ana Project (Tolima, Colombia; high-grade primary silver district). Maiden NI 43-101 Mineral Resource Estimate (AMC Consultants, QP Rod Webster MAusIMM(CP)), effective 26 Apr 2023: Total Indicated = 1,226 Kt @ 446 g/t Ag (plus 2.3 g/t Au) for 17,567,000 oz contained silver (88.8 Koz Au; 614 g/t AgEq / 24.1 Moz AgEq headline). No Measured category exists -- Indicated is the full M+I figure. Total Inferred = 966 Kt @ 312 g/t Ag for 9,677,000 oz Ag (435 g/t AgEq / 13.5 Moz AgEq), excluded per repo's M+I-only convention. Outcrop's CEO cited a verbal '~37 million ounces of silver' figure to Kitco News in a 9 Feb 2026 interview ahead of a resource update that has been guided since Sep 2025 for 'Q1 2026' but, per the company's own news page (most recent Santa Ana item as of 19 May 2026 is a VP Exploration appointment, not a resource announcement), had NOT been filed/published as of this pass (Aug 2026) -- checked and rejected as an unfiled, non-reconciled verbal figure, not a defined-category NI 43-101 table, following the SSV '302 Moz' rejection precedent (Task #317 wave 10). The company's own longer-term target of ~100 Moz AgEq is explicitly forward-looking guidance, not a current estimate.
