A social leader with over 20 years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, stakeholder management and corporate communications, with a strong history of working closely with communities during the exploration and development stages of mining projects, even in challenging environments. Most recently served as Sustainability Manager for Outcrop Silver & Gold, Libero Copper and Minesa, where she played a key role in building strong relationships with local communities and ensuring projects were carried out responsibly and sustainably. Her dedication to social leadership was honoured in 2024 when she was named one of Colombia's most influential women.
