Ray Muskett

Non-Executive Director of Vita Resources NL (ASX: VTA, formerly Bastion Minerals Limited) (Raymond Muskett). Experienced geologist in mining and exploration; graduate of the WA School of Mines, Kalgoorlie (B.Sc. Geology). 30+ years' experience specialising in gold exploration in Australia and overseas, with well-rounded experience across other commodities including nickel, diamonds, copper, zinc, tin and tantalum; has formulated exploration concepts and databases oriented toward identifying Olympic Dam-style and other large volcanogenic gold/copper deposits. Appointed Non-Executive Director following shareholder approval at the 12 September 2025 General Meeting (having served on an interim basis via John Ribbons after Ross Landles' resignation effective 26 August 2025). Also a related party to the company's Ninnis Gold Project acquisition, as a vendor (through Muskwood Pty Ltd) alongside unrelated party Kevin Woodthorpe.
