Extensive experience providing corporate finance services to mining and oil and gas companies, including debt, equity and M&A origination and advice. Previously a Managing Director with the investment bank Canaccord Genuity, where he worked between Canadian and UK capital markets from 2002 to 2015. Was also a Non-Executive Director of ASX-listed Auroch Minerals Limited from 2016 to 2019 and CFO of Canadian Overseas Petroleum Limited from 2020 to 2024.
