A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal the underlying research identifies — whether a major already holds a JV, earn-in, or 5–19.9% strategic stake — isn't tracked yet and is absent from this score.

Technical Report Takeaways

Lac 50 Trend deposit (Angilak Project, Nunavut): a historical (c. 2013, prior owner Kivalliq Energy Corp.) NI 43-101-format Inferred estimate of 2.831 Mt at 0.69% U3O8 for 43.3 million lbs U3O8 (0.2% U3O8 cutoff) exists on this deposit, but IS NOT a current, relied-upon resource. Per ATHA's own current disclosure: 'There are no current Mineral Resource and Mineral Reserve Estimates for the Angilak Project' (athaenergy.com/projects/angilak/), and per ATHA's own NI 43-101 s.2.4 disclaimer, 'A Qualified Person has not done sufficient work to classify the historical estimate as a current mineral resource, and ATHA is not treating the historical estimate as a current mineral resource.' [Task #126 correction: this note previously called the 2013 figure 'the real, compliant figure on file for this deposit' -- that conflated 'prepared consistent with NI 43-101 by a different company in 2013' with 'current and relied-upon today,' which the company's own disclaimer contradicts.] ATHA Energy's own 2024 Lac 50 'conceptual exploration target' of 60.8-98.2 million lbs U3O8 (avg. grade 0.37-0.48% U3O8) is explicitly NOT a resource estimate under NI 43-101 -- it is a conceptual target only, not written here or anywhere implying compliance. ouncesFound is left null both because this is a lbs (not troy-oz) commodity figure (see file header methodology note) and because only ~24% of identified mineralized trends have been drill-tested to date.
