Has been involved in numerous corporate transactions as principal/director or lead counsel with deal values from AUD 1 million to AUD 1 billion, and co-founded multiple mineral exploration projects in Africa, Latin America, Central Asia and Europe, several of which listed in the UK, Australia and Canada.
