Lifecycle Milestones
A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal the underlying research identifies — whether a major already holds a JV, earn-in, or 5–19.9% strategic stake — isn't tracked yet and is absent from this score.

Macquarie Group Limited (11%) and Citigroup Global Markets Australia (6.4%) also appear on the register but read as broker/custodian lines rather than discretionary conviction. Reports, Presentations & Documents
Etango Uranium Project, Namibia -- Bannerman Energy's sole asset, FEASIBILITY stage. Etango-8 Definitive Feasibility Study (effective 6 Dec 2022, subsequently refreshed Aug 2025) reports a 220 Mlb U3O8 resource. Per Bannerman's own resource-and-reserves disclosure, 100% of the Mineral Resources scheduled for extraction and recovery in the Etango-8 DFS mine plan are classified Measured or Indicated, with no Inferred Resources included in the mine schedule -- so the 220 Mlb figure is written here as effectively a Measured+Indicated basis, not diluted by Inferred tonnage. Deposit is a large-tonnage, low-grade (~100ppm-class), open-pit, heap-leach/agitated-leach resource -- one of the largest undeveloped uranium resources tracked in this database (see src/lib/scoring.ts DEPOSIT_SIZE_CURVES for how this scores on the uranium lb-U3O8 curve).
