Keith Henderson

President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Latin Metals Inc., and the founder of the company. A mining executive and geologist with more than 30 years' global experience in the resource sector. Educated in Europe, graduating with a B.Sc. (Hons) and M.Sc. in geology, with extensive experience in mineral exploration and public markets. Also a co-founder and CEO of Velocity Minerals, which in 2025 announced the sale of its Bulgarian gold assets for US$59 million. Earlier in his career he held senior technical and executive roles across North America, Europe, Africa and South America, including with Cardero Resource Corp., where he played a critical role in advancing Pampa de Pongo through a positive scoping study and its ultimate sale for US$100 million cash. Currently serves on the board of Edge Copper and BP Silver Corp.
