Career progression through International Corona Corporation and Homestake Mining Company (both later merged into Barrick Gold Corporation) to President of Barrick Gold North America and Managing Director of Barrick Gold Australia, until his Nov 2011 transition out of that role, immediately before joining NovaGold.
