Vice President Corporate Development and Director of E2Gold Inc, B.Sc., joining the board in 2022. Earlier co-founded Capital Gold Corporation (New York) and served as its Executive Vice President and Head of Investor Relations, helping raise or secure more than $36M as its market capitalisation grew from about $15M to $350M before its 2011 sale to Gammon Gold; the business later became part of Alamos Gold. Then spent five years at Argonaut Gold, where the team grew the company's market capitalisation from $150M to $1B.
