Mike Haynes

Executive Chairman of Xpedra Resources Limited (ASX: XPD, formerly Thunderbird Resources Limited) and Non-Executive Chairman of Koba Resources Limited (ASX: KOB). Almost 30 years' resources-sector experience; Bachelor of Science with Honours in Geology and Geophysics, University of Western Australia. Prior to Xpedra, led the acquisition, exploration and permitting of the Antler Copper Project in Arizona as founding Managing Director and CEO of New World Resources Limited, concluding with Kinterra's A$250 million takeover of New World in August 2025. Earlier spent more than a decade as Managing Director of uranium-focused explorer Black Range Minerals Limited.
