A professional geologist with 35+ years of domestic and international mineral exploration experience across major and junior companies, mainly through his own consultancy, involved in numerous technical programs for copper, VMS and gold including PEA and feasibility studies, and experienced in M&A evaluations, capital funding and market strategies for junior companies. From 2006 to 2013 he managed Riverstone Resources with Michael McInnis, which discovered and developed the +5.0 Moz Karma gold deposit in Burkina Faso prior to its merger with the company that became True Gold, in turn acquired by Endeavour Mining as the Karma mine was entering production.
