James Williams

Executive Chairman of Anglesey Mining plc. A professional geologist and CEO with extensive exploration and mining experience, and a co-founder of AIM and TSXV-listed Arian Silver Corp (2005-2018). Recently served as Executive Chairman at VVV Resources Ltd. between 2022 and 2025; prior directorships include TSX/V-listed companies and US-listed firms, and he has served as an expert witness for Mishcon de Reya. Academic qualifications from the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College, London.
