President of Carob Management Ltd., a private management consulting company specialising in providing due diligence services, developing business plans, and structuring and managing venture capital projects. Currently serves on the board of directors of four publicly listed resource companies. Obtained a Master of Business Administration in 1986 and a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Civil Engineering in 1984, both from the University of British Columbia.
