Andrea Marsland-Smith

Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Alligator Energy Limited (ASX: AGE). Previously served as Chief Operating Officer before being appointed CEO (~Sep 2025) and then additionally Managing Director in a board restructure (~Jun 2026), effective as a director 19 Mar 2026. Holds a PhD in Economic Geology from the University of Western Australia. Over 25 years in uranium in-situ recovery (ISR) exploration, development and operations across Australia, including 15 years at Heathgate Resources on its executive management team -- through technical and field geology roles to head of Geology, head of Regulatory & Compliance and head of Operations to 2019. Joined Alligator Energy as COO in February 2022.
