Executive Chairman of Koonenberry Gold Ltd (ASX:KNB). More than 25 years' experience in financial markets and investment banking, advising mining companies on strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets. Most recently Managing Director and Head of Metals and Mining at Citi, having previously worked for many years at Merrill Lynch and Bankers Trust. Holds a Master's degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering (M.Eng Mining) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance (B.Comm Finance), both from the University of New South Wales, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investments from the Securities Institute of Australia, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
