Formerly Non-Executive Chairman of Aeon Metals Ltd (ASX:AML), 2014 until the company's 2024 voluntary administration. Holds a Master's degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering (M.Eng Mining) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance (B.Comm Finance), both from the University of New South Wales, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investments from the Securities Institute of Australia, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
