Raymond Shaw

Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Besra Gold Inc. (appointed May 2026, after several years in senior management including Chief Technical Officer, closely involved with Besra since before its October 2021 ASX relisting), and concurrently Non-Executive Chairman of Redcastle Resources Limited. Over 40 years' experience in the natural resources sector, including 20+ years in executive and non-executive director roles with ASX-listed companies. Originally trained as a geophysicist; holds a B.Sc. (Hons 1) and a PhD from the University of Sydney. Experience spans micro-cap entities through to Managing Director of an ASX 300 company.
