(2018-2022, led a strategic repositioning/operational turnaround) and of Richmont Mines Inc. (2014-2017, sold to Alamos Gold -- production more than doubled and reserves more than tripled at Richmont's Island Gold Mine during his tenure); COO of Primero Mining Corporation (2011-2014). Earlier in his career (2007-2011), General Manager of IAMGOLD's own Rosebel mine in Suriname, then Senior Vice President Americas Operations -- an earlier stint at the same company he now leads, not written as a separate external role.
