Mark Rodda

Holds a Bachelor of Arts in history and politics (1992) and a Bachelor of Laws (1995), both from University of Western Australia and Murdoch University respectively, and brings nearly 30 years of experience as a lawyer and corporate consultant in the resources sector. Served as General Counsel for LionOre Mining International and as former Chair of Coalspur Mines, and founded Napier Capital Pty Ltd in 2008. Joined Antipa Minerals Ltd in 2010 and was appointed its Executive Chair effective October 2024; also a current director of Lepidico.
