Antipa Minerals Limited
Antipa Minerals is advancing its 100%-owned Minyari Dome gold-copper project (including the Fiama and Rizzo deposits) in WA's Paterson Province. A scoping study (2024) showed a post-tax NPV7% of A$1.8 billion; a Pre-Feasibility Study was underway as of July 2026.
Lifecycle Milestones
A relative ranking of how closely this company matches the profile of juniors that have actually been acquired — not a probability, and not a reason to buy. Acquisitions are rare: only a few dozen significant deals happen a year across a universe of thousands of juniors, so even a high score here describes a long shot. The strongest signal the underlying research identifies — whether a major already holds a JV, earn-in, or 5–19.9% strategic stake — isn't tracked yet and is absent from this score.

Insiders, Investors & Smart Money
Notable shareholders and insiders whose involvement is worth knowing about, plus what we're seeing from institutional/large-investor activity.
Antipa's producer backing changed materially in December 2024: Newmont fully exited when it sold Telfer, Havieron and related Paterson Province assets to Greatland Gold for up to US$475M, and its entire Antipa share block transferred off-market to Greatland as part of that deal rather than Newmont continuing to hold a position in its own right -- Newmont's July 2024 top-up right is now moot. Greatland, which operates Telfer and Havieron in the same province, is the substantial-holder party today, confirmed at 6.34% as of 15 July 2025 (the most recent figure available), diluted from 7.38% by further Antipa share issues including a A$40 million placement. On the fund side, Chester Asset Management is the largest shareholder, having built to about 16.3% by 26 June 2026, and Jupiter Asset Management and Copia Investment Partners are both substantial holders too. Institutional ownership is 38.8%.

This is still scoping-study level (PEA-equivalent), not a PFS — the company's own recommendation is to keep advancing toward a PFS (targeted mid-2026) before any financing decision, with Final Investment Decision not expected until mid-2028. Treat the NPV as directional, not bankable.
Appendix 5B: item 3.5 'Proceeds from borrowings' nil; item 3.6 'Repayment of borrowings' nil; item 7.1 'Loan facilities' nil. Company held cash of ~A$51M with no debt as of this quarter.
This update confirms conventional (non-exotic) gold-copper processing works for Minyari Dome ore, which matters because it removes a technical-risk overhang from the 2024 scoping study that showed a post-tax NPV7% of A$1.8 billion at A$5,000/oz gold. Conventional processing generally means lower capital cost and faster permitting than novel flowsheets. The company is targeting PFS completion in August 2026, with a Final Investment Decision not expected until mid-2028 — this is still a multi-year runway before construction, not an imminent build.
