Founded and led Leagold Mining from 2016 to 2020, building a multi-asset producer across Mexico and Brazil before its 2020 merger into Equinox Gold, where he served as Vice Chairman. Took over as Chair and CEO of Aris Gold in 2020 and led its subsequent merger with GCM Mining into Aris Mining Corporation.
