Holds a BSc in biology/environmental science, law degrees (LLB, JD) and an LLM in international finance/tax/environmental law. Called to the bars of Ontario, New York and DC, with 25+ years in financial services and co-founder of three financial services businesses. Serves on four public company boards, including leading the Audit Committee of Morocco Strategic Minerals.
