(2008-2021), rising from Director, Technical Services and Exploration through VP Exploration, VP South America, to Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer; before that, several management positions with Vale Inco's Canadian nickel operations in precious/base metals exploration, mineral reserve and resource estimation, engineering studies, and open pit/underground operations.
