Independent director and Chairman of the Board of Hercules Metals Corp., appointed effective December 18, 2025, succeeding Peter Simeon (who continues as a director). Mining executive and capital-markets professional with more than 15 years across investment banking, project development and corporate leadership. Spent eight years with Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. as Executive Vice President, Africa, a key member of the team that advanced the Kamoa-Kakula copper project in the DRC and helped secure US$3 billion in equity and debt financing. Previously with the Metals & Mining Investment Banking team at BMO Capital Markets in London. Concurrently President and CEO of Falcon Energy Materials plc. Holds an M.Sc. in Resource Engineering (Metallurgy, First-Class Honours) and a B.Sc. in Applied Earth Sciences (Mining Engineering) from Delft University of Technology.
