Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) with more than 15 years of corporate accounting, finance and financial-reporting experience, providing management advisory, accounting and regulatory-compliance services to public and private companies across mining, cannabis, health & wellness and merchant banking. Began his career as a public-accounting auditor and held a senior finance position at Sears Canada. Holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University. Per a July 30, 2026 press release, Mr. Li is set to depart as CFO effective September 1, 2026 as part of a leadership transition, remaining in a transitional role through integration -- not yet effective as of this pass.
