Joseph van den Elsen

President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Andina Copper Corp. (formerly Pampa Metals Corp.), a role held since joining the company in October 2022. Dual Australian/Colombian citizen who has driven the company's growth strategy across South America, including entry into Argentina via the Piuquenes project and the acquisition of Rugby Resources' Cobrasco (Colombia) and Mantau (Chile) projects. Previously an Associate Director at UBS and at Goldman Sachs JBWere, and has held leadership roles at numerous listed and private mineral exploration companies including CEO/MD of Ookami Ltd. and Chairman/CEO/MD of MHM Metals Ltd. Holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from La Trobe University, a Graduate Diploma in Environment, Energy and Resources Law from the University of Melbourne, and a Graduate Diploma in Mineral Exploration from Curtin University.
