Chief Executive Officer, Director and founder of Hercules Metals Corp. Exploration geologist who started the company to explore the historic Cuddy Mountain epithermal silver deposit before a discovery drillhole intersected a blind copper porphyry (the Leviathan discovery), transforming the company's focus. Over 15 years of discovery and capital-markets experience in senior exploration-management roles; Principal and Founder of Ridgeline Exploration, acquired by Goldspot Discoveries in 2021. Holds a B.Sc. in Geology from Simon Fraser University and a Diploma in Mining from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Effective September 1, 2026, per a July 30, 2026 press release, Mr. Paul is set to transition to Senior Vice President, Exploration as an incoming Arizona Sonoran-origin leadership team led by George Ogilvie takes over the CEO and other senior roles -- not yet effective as of this pass.
