Interim Chief Financial Officer of Highland Copper Company Inc., appointed April 2026 to temporarily cover CFO Cybill Tsung's personal leave; also a director of Fireweed Metals Corp. Mining executive whose early career was on Capstone Copper Corp.'s founding executive team, which developed and advanced Capstone into an intermediate copper producer. Later CFO, then President and CEO, of Bluestone Resources, where he led its 2025 sale to Aura Minerals Inc. Also CFO of LunR Royalties Corp., assisting its spin-out from Nexgen and TSXV listing. Currently serves on the boards of Fireweed Metals and Sanu Gold Corp.; previously a board member and Audit Committee Chair of Fiore Gold.
