Founded Strathmore Minerals Corp. in 1996 and led it until 2008, spun off Fission Energy Corp. in 2007 to focus on Saskatchewan uranium exploration, and sold major assets to Denison Mines in 2013 for $85 million to create Fission Uranium Corp. Executed joint ventures including a $50 million partnership with Sumitomo and $44 million with KEPCO, and negotiated an $82 million investment from CGN Mining in 2016.
