Over 30 years of industry and public company experience focused on enhancing production, well performance, operational efficiency, and acquisitions and divestitures. Previously CEO of Fury Resources, Inc. and CEO of Ajax Resources, LLC, where he engineered the sale of substantially all its Northern Midland Basin assets to Diamondback Energy for $1.24 billion; subsequently CEO of Halcon Resources, negotiating a pre-packaged bankruptcy clearing over $750 million in debt and relisting the company on the NYSE as Battalion Oil in February 2020. Earlier served as Vice President over the Southern Division at EP Energy Company.
