Over 30 years of financial, corporate and development experience in international mining. Most recently CFO of De Grey Mining (ASX: DEG) from February 2021 to its takeover by Northern Star in May 2025, where he helped raise over A$1.2 billion in equity and secure A$1.13 billion in project finance. Earlier CFO of Sundance Resources, including a period as Acting CEO after a fatal plane crash killed the board and CEO; CEO of Bauxite Resources 2013-2016; Managing Director of Triton Minerals 2016-2021.
