A Founding Partner in the law firm Estudio Castelli - López Arias - Reston & Asociates and a lawyer with more than 30 years' experience specializing in exploration and mining, who has been involved with Latin Metals and its predecessor companies since 2015. Has held various advisory and senior positions with state agencies at federal, provincial and municipal level, including with the Standing Advisory Committee on Legislative Treatment (Federal Environment National Counsel), which established minimum standards for environmental protection.
