Vice President, Finance of IMPACT Silver Corp., having previously served as the company's Chief Financial Officer. (MBA) Since 2015 he has supported the company in corporate development and investor relations. Formerly Vice President, Corporate Development at Energold Drilling, supporting a business with approximately $100 million in annualized revenues. Over 12 years of public company experience, executing strategic, financing and joint venture transactions totaling more than $90 million, and previously held financial advisory roles at CIBC advising high-net-worth and natural resource clients. Holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia, completed jointly with Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and has completed the CPA PREP program.
