James Anderson

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Guanajuato Silver Company Ltd. His career began in the financial services industry with a successful 19 years as a retail broker, investment banker and manager with several Canadian investment firms including First Canada Capital Ltd., Research Capital Corp. and Majendie Securities Ltd., where he was instrumental in the financing of numerous small-cap public companies in the mining exploration and development industry. He then moved into mining exploration, serving as CEO of NuLegacy Gold Corp. from 2012 until April 2019, and is also currently a director of Orestone Mining Corp. Born in the gold mining community of Timmins, Ontario, and a graduate of the University of Alberta.
