Vice President, Bolivia Operations of New Pacific Metals Corp., with responsibility for all Bolivia operations. A strategic financial and operational executive with over a decade of leadership experience navigating Bolivia's regulatory, investment and mining operation landscape, and expertise in aligning public and private sector interests. Prior to his current role he held senior executive positions within the public sector in Bolivia, where he led strategic planning and economic policy initiatives; during his tenure in the Bolivian government he was responsible for designing the country's legal framework for Joint Investment Strategic Alliances (public-private partnerships) and was a key leader in the team that facilitated Bolivia's return to sovereign bond markets after nearly a century. In the private sector he has held administrative and financial management roles in industrial firms and has over eight years of experience serving on the boards of key financial and industry institutions, including the Entidad de Depósito de Valores (EDV), the Banco de Desarrollo Productivo - Sociedad de Titularización (BDP-ST) and the Latin American Mining Organization (OLAMI) in Bolivia. Holds a degree in Economics from the Catholic University of Bolivia and a Master's in Finance from the University of Antwerp Management School.
