Guy Goulet

Chief Executive Officer and Director of Cerro de Pasco Resources Inc. since 2018. A Geological Engineer by training (B.Sc., École Polytechnique de Montréal, 1986) with over 35 years of experience in metals mining, strategically leading mine restarts, financing, operational development and engineering excellence across Canada, North Africa and Latin America. Co-founded Maya Gold & Silver (now Aya Gold & Silver) in 2008 and served as its CEO until 2017, revitalizing the Zgounder silver mine in Morocco from a marginal operation into one of Morocco's leading silver producers. From 2000 to 2008 he co-founded and led H2O Innovation Inc., an internationally recognized leader in membrane filtration and advanced water treatment, and collaborated with Hydro-Québec and Group STAS on producing lithium metal from high-purity lithium carbonate. From 1995 to 2000 he held CEO and board positions at five publicly listed Canadian mining companies, notably leading the restart of the Wrightbar gold mine in Val d'Or, Québec. Has secured over C$400 million in capital through financings on the TSX Venture Exchange, Canadian Securities Exchange and Alternext (Paris).
