Frederick W. Davidson

President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of IMPACT Silver Corp., a role he has held since May 2000. (MBA, CA) Actively involved in the mining and mineral exploration industries for over 33 years through Energold Drilling Corp. and predecessor companies, where he served in various capacities and helped finance public and private mining companies, with experience spanning over 18 countries throughout North America, South America, Africa and Asia. Has sat on the boards of Wheaton River Minerals, Redhawk Resources and Plexis Resources. Prior to IMPACT Silver he was VP and Chief Financial Officer of TOTAL Energold Corp., and previously spent 10 years as Chief Financial Officer of Erikson Gold Mines Ltd. and Mt. Skukum Gold Mines. Also had an active role in the Courageous Lake Project, Golden Bear Mine and the Denton-Rawhide Mine, and previously served as CEO and President of Energold Drilling Corp. Received his MBA from the University of British Columbia in 1970 and his Chartered Accountant designation in 1971; a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of BC.
