Charles Greig

Geologist with over 40 years of experience, mainly in the exploration industry and principally as a mapper, on projects ranging from grassroots to development. Published by Evergold Corp. as "Charles J Greig, P.Geo" and referred to in the same biography as "C.J. (Charlie) Greig" -- the two name forms are the same person. B.Sc. Geology and M.Sc. Geology, University of British Columbia. Executive Chairman of Evergold Corp. (TSXV: EVER); Chief Executive Officer of Metal Energy Corp. from 11 February 2026; Advisor to Azarga Metals Corp. (TSXV: AZR); Technical Advisor to Metallis Resources Inc. (TSXV: MTS); Independent Director of Bonanza Mining Corporation (since 2021); formerly Vice President, Exploration of GT Gold Corp. Led the discovery of the Saddle North Cu-Au porphyry and Saddle South high-grade gold-silver zones for GT Gold near Iskut, B.C. (acquired by Newmont in 2021), for which he received AME BC's H.H. 'Spud' Huestis Award and, in 2022, PDAC's Bill Dennis Award. Has mapped or worked on numerous projects subsequently taken to production, including La India (Grayd/Agnico Eagle), Wolverine (Yukon Zinc), Alamo Dorado (Corner Bay/Pan American Silver), Bisha and Emba Derho (Eritrea), and Brucejack (Pretium); other advanced projects include Red Mountain (Lac Minerals, IDM), Casino, Silbak Premier-Big Missouri (Westmin, Ascot) and IKE (HDI-Amarc).
