Morgan J. Poliquin

President and Chief Executive Officer of Almadex Minerals Ltd. (TSXV: DEX) and of Mustang Minerals Limited (TSXV: MMX; OTCQB: MMXLF), formerly Azucar Minerals Ltd. prior to the company's March 2026 name change. Geological engineer and economic geologist (P.Eng., Ph.D.) with expertise in porphyry and epithermal systems. Began working with his father at Almaden, Almadex's predecessor, after finishing his Master's degree in 1996. Previously served as President & CEO of Almaden Minerals Ltd. until October 2025 and continues to serve as its Vice Chair. Has focused Mustang Minerals on copper and gold exploration targets in Nevada, USA, including the Pilot Cu-Au project, and led the mid-2026 divestment of the company's El Cobre copper-gold porphyry project in Mexico to concentrate on the Nevada portfolio.
