A mining engineer with over 20 years of experience in mineral processing, engineering, operations leadership, strategy, HR and project management, acquired within the mining and engineering consultancy sectors. Joined Norda Stelo, an engineering consulting firm, in 2010 and held roles of increasing responsibility until being appointed VP of Talent, Culture, Strategy and Communication in 2018; prior to that she was a project manager at the Mineral Processing Research Consortium (COREM). Received a B.Eng in mining engineering from Ecole Polytechnique and McGill University, and an M.Sc. in metallurgical engineering from McGill University.
