A Chartered Professional Accountant and an Associate member of the Chartered Governance Institute, with extensive experience in corporate finance, financial reporting, governance and capital markets transactions including IPOs, RTOs and M&A. Has spent over 15 years advising and managing financial operations and corporate governance matters for publicly traded companies across mining, technology and industrial markets. Previously with PwC in the audit and assurance practice, where she obtained her CPA designation, and has served as CFO, Corporate Secretary and director for multiple companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and the Canadian Securities Exchange.
