A Director of Cleghorn Minerals Ltd. (TSXV: CZZ). B.Sc. Honours Geology, University of Saskatchewan (1984); member of Professional Geoscientists Ontario since 2002. Over 30 years in mineral exploration in Canada, primarily Ontario. Was Vice President, Exploration and Corporate Secretary of Temex Resources Corp. until late 2015 when Temex was acquired by Lake Shore Gold, assisting with the transition of Temex assets and subsequent acquisitions by Tahoe Resources (2016) and Pan American Silver (2019). Continues as an independent consultant and sits on the boards of LaSalle Exploration (public) and Willeson Metals (private). Serves on the Board of Directors of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, its Executive Committee, its Governance and Nominating Committee, and chairs its Human Resource Development Committee.
