A Director of Green Canada Uranium Corp. (TSXV: GCUC), and the only incumbent director or officer who did not tender a resignation on completion of the company's reverse takeover; he was the company's Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer up until the closing of the RTO. Also serves as Chief Financial Officer of Revolution Oil & Gas Corporation. Previously Interim CEO and CFO of Discover Wellness Solutions Inc. (formerly RMMI Corp.), listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange, until October 2022, and has acted as an independent financial consultant since August 2017. Chief Financial Officer of Ceiba Energy Services Inc., an oilfield services company listed on the TSXV, from June 2014 to August 2017. The company's own release additionally discloses that he served as Interim CEO and CFO of Discover Wellness Solutions Inc. when the Alberta Securities Commission issued a cease trade order on 6 May 2022 for failure to file required periodic disclosure documents.
