Ian Bliss

President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Northern Shield Resources Inc. (TSXV: NRN), which he founded in 1999 as a private corporation before taking it public via a reverse take-over in May 2023. Born in Zimbabwe, where his father worked as an economic geologist; attended boarding school in the UK and studied geology at the University of New Brunswick, going on to a 25-year career in mineral exploration. From 1995 to 2000 was an independent consultant responsible for exploration projects for Nuna Minerals A/S in Nuuk, Greenland and, in 2000, for Crew Development in Norway.
