Previously served as Vice President and CFO at Frontera Copper Corporation, as Vice President and Global Controller at Newmont Mining Corporation, and as Vice President of Finance and CFO at Homestake Mining Company. Has previously served on the Board of Directors of Gatos Silver, Inc., Elevation Gold Mining Corporation, Gabriel Resources Ltd., Electrum Special Acquisition Corporation, AQM Copper Inc., Fortune Bay Corp. and Brigus Gold Corp. A member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, holding a B.Com. (Honours) in Business Administration from the University of Windsor and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
