Non-Executive Chairman of Black Horse Mining Limited (ASX: BHL). A corporate lawyer and a Partner at Steinepreis Paganin, a Perth-based corporate law firm, since July 2005. Graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1998 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance), and has completed a Masters of Applied Finance and Investment with the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA). Wide experience across commercial and corporate law with a particular focus on resources (hard rock and oil/gas), equity capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. Has been a director of multiple ASX-listed companies and is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Pursuit Minerals Ltd.
