A Director of Smooth Rock Ventures Corp. (TSXV: SMRV), and concurrently President of Bayhorse Silver Inc. (appointed 17 December 2025). He was Smooth Rock's President & Chief Executive Officer until 17 March 2026, when Michael Ruggles was appointed to those roles and Mr. Doulis remained on the board. Over 25 years of experience in the metals and mining space, having held senior positions in mining equity research, investment banking and in industry; an award-winning research analyst at Stonecap Securities and PI Financial from 2010 to 2015, and previously a partner at Gryphon Partners and VP Investment Banking (Mining) at TD Securities. Has served as CEO for several exploration companies focused on Western Newfoundland and Nevada, and is a board member of Grit Metals Corp.
