A Director of Northern Shield Resources Inc. (TSXV: NRN), appointed to the board as announced by the company in November 2012; also Director & Vice President, Exploration of International Prospect Ventures Ltd.; Advisor & Consultant to Carlton Precious Inc.; and a director of Thunder Gold Corp. and Vision Lithium Inc. PhD, P.Geo., MSc (Geology). Managing Director and Principal Geoscientist for Caracle Creek Chile SpA and President, Principal Geoscientist and a Director of Caracle Creek International Consulting Inc. (Canada), an international geological and geophysical consulting group he co-founded in 2001. Almost 30 years in the mineral exploration business across fieldwork, management, research and project finance, and nearly 20 years as an officer, director and technical advisor with public and private companies, having taken several private firms public. A registered geoscientist with the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario (APGO), an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Geology at Lakehead University, and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Served as President of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada from 2010 to 2012 and as a PDAC Director from 2002 to 2010. Appointed Vice President, Exploration of International Prospect Ventures in 2018.
